Enterprise Account Manager (Richmond, VA or Berkeley, CA location)

Duties: 

  • Pro-Actively engage in regular conversations and meetings with your assigned customers to ensure on-going satisfaction with Daxtra products. (Relationship development)
  • Provide software training to customers for Daxtra products. This is a great opportunity to “re-sell” the product to the user base.
  • Liaise w/ technical team on behalf of customers and keep customers informed of progress of any add-on projects or highlighted issues as part of Account Management.
  • Liaise w/ Management team on all issues around customer satisfaction, dis-satisfaction, customer requests and potential product enhancements.
  • Inside sales of new products, services, hardware and training to your customers.
  • Work to develop product references from the customer base.
  • Excellent use of company CRM system to track account contacts, opportunities and risk.
  • Escalate to Management significant opportunities or risks within your account base.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience with the North American staffing and recruitment industry and associated software.
  • Experience as a Sr. Account Manager or Recruitment Operations
  • Exceptional organizational and time/management skills.
  • Familiarity with and interest in software and hardware technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Junior Support Engineer needed for our world-leading provider of recruitment process automation solutions. Daxtra Technologies, Inc. is growing our technical team in Richmond, VA and has an immediate opening for a Junior Software Installations Engineer with support capabilities. This position serves a triage to solution implementation for our customers. There is also great opportunity for mobility, as strong engineers will have good career progression through the company.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical science (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics)
  • 0-1+ years experience in IT industry
  • 1+ years experience in Linux environment (Centos/Redhat)
  • 1+ years experience with object oriented or functional programming and  concepts
  • Competency with regular expression

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing new relationships with Staffing/Recruiting firms, Corporate HR, Job Boards/Social Sites and OEM partners
  • Researching key accounts to gain understanding of markets and industry, and to assess business opportunities
  • Optimizing territory potential through detailed account planning, targeting prospects, conducting customer site visits
  • Developing proposals, to include identification of software needs
  • Providing high-level oversight during implementation and training phase of transaction to include customer contact and working closely with Implementation and Professional Services teams to ensure high-quality implementation support
